The display shows how the MAP/RPM curve is followed.
The blue reference lines run across the curve graphically
indicating at the current MAP value how much minimum
RPM is required. The input MAP values and the resulting
RPMs are also shown in numerical value.
There are 3 dierent screen you can chose as the main
one, the one dened as "MAPTAB" is described below.
