Install all removable components as follows:
- Position and press the freezer bottom into the cabinet, aligned over fries buckets and doors.
Make sure beveled face is down and facing back of freezer.
- Push the rubber deflectors, small edge first, into the slots cut in the side of the hopper.
- Place the fry hoppers in the freezer, making sure drive hub fully engages the drum.
(Tip: You may need to turn the drum slightly-- using the round turn handle on the front--
while pushing the hopper in place, to fully engage the hub.)
- Place black plastic bottom drip pan on bottom frame just above casters.
- Place flat wire-form rack inside black plastic bottom drip pan.
- Place the stainless steel wire support (with basket guides) over the rear cross bar, then lower
over front crossn bar. (Bottom support guides should straddle the cross bars. Fry basket sup-
port should lay flat.
- Place hash browns rack on top of the fry hoppers, for use during breakfast hours.
5.3 ASSEMBLE UNIT
NOTE:
If not fully engaged, the hopper will not seat properly on the
center hanger and the freezer door will not close.)
