6 LANE CONTROL PANELS
Each lane has a panel with these indicators or controls:
Lane POWER Touchpad (With 2 LED Iights) Turns individual lane ON and OFF:
- Press and Hold touch pad for 4 seconds to turn on. Lights will stay on.
- Press and Hold touch pad for 4 seconds to turn off. Lights will turn off.
NOTE: Do not turn ON until hopper is filled with fries.
Load READY Basket Graphic (With 7 Green LED lights):
When on, the lane is ready to dispense into a fry basket.
Attention/Warning Graphic (With 3 LED Lights at corners):
Communicates lane status:
- No lights – Unit status OK
- Lights ON – Low on frozen fries in hopper. Unit will continue to dispense.
- Lights Flashing – Error condition. See screen for error message.
LCD Message Display Screen
- Displays current freezer operating temperature
- Displays Error Messages and possible causes [See Error Messages – Corrective Actions in Section 7]
- Displays unit Setup & Diagnostic Programs with possible actions or decision options.
Program Decision or Action Touch Pads
Three touch pads evenly spaced under the Message Display Screen, which may display: Inc (increase) Dec (de-
crease) OK etc. Use the Action touch pad under the option (Inc/Dec/OK) to initiate that action.
