5.4 BRING FREEZER DOWN TO OPERATING TEMPERATURE
OPTIONAL COMPONENT ASSEMBLY (IF ORDERED):
- Hang the side basket storage rack onto supports on the cabinet’s side.
- Place the narrow plastic side drip tray at the bottom of the side basket storage rack.
Close the freezer door. Turn the main power switch (left and above left lane control panel)
ON. The switch will illuminate. Run the freezer at least 3 hours before loading any French
fries.
Then you could put products to device.
NOTE:
It can take more than 3 hours to reach the target freezer temperature (-18 °C bis -23 °C)
depending on kitchen temperature and humidity.
Then you could put products to device.
