DESTINAZIONE D'USO
La macchina avvolgitrice è progettata e realizzata per
la fasciatura tramite lm estensibile di prodotti di varia
natura impilati su pallet di qualsiasi forma e peso, al ne
di renderne stabile l'imballaggio e protetto da umidità e
polvere durante le fasi di trasporto e stoccaggio.
L’operazione di avvolgitura che si realizza con rotazio-
ne della macchina, in senso orario, intorno al bancale
ad una distanza pressoché costante è garantita da una
ruota tastatrice.
Limiti di lavoro
La macchina è idonea per essere impiegata in ambienti
industriali, artigianali e commerciali.
Per motivi di sicurezza sono previste opportune limi-
tazioni d'impiego: le dimensioni minime del prodotto
avvolgibile sono indicate in Fig. 2.3, mentre l'altezza
massima del prodotto avvolgibile è in funzione dell'al-
tezza della macchina
Film estensibile
Utilizzare un lm con caratteristiche idonee al tipo di
carrello a disposizione e al tipo di applicazione di im-
ballaggio per la quale è destinato l'uso della macchina;
valutare sempre la scelta del lm in relazione alla scheda
di sicurezza dello stesso.
Utilizzare un lm traforato, nel caso sia richiesta la ven-
tilazione dei prodotti imballati che altrimenti generano
condensa (prodotti organici freschi: frutta, verdura,
piante, ecc...).
Utilizzare un lm coprente, nel caso sia richiesta la pro-
tezione dalla luce di prodotti fotosensibili.
Utilizzare un lm antistatico in caso di formazione di
cariche elettrostatiche.

2.3 INTENDED USE - PROPER USE -
PURPOSE
The wrapping machine, designed to be anchored to
the ground, has been designed and constructed ted for
wrapping various types of products stacked on pallets
of any shape and weight with stretch lm, in order to
stabilise the package and to protect it from damp and
dust during transport and storage.
The wrapping operation is achieved by the machine
rotating clockwise around the pallet, at a more or less
constant distance guaranteed by a feeler wheel.
Working limitations
The machine is suitable for use in industrial, artisan
and commercial environments.
For safety reasons appropriate limits of use are set:
the minimum dimensions of the product that can be
wrapped are given in Fig. 2.3, while the maximum
height of the product that can be wrapped depends on
the height of the machine.
Stretch lm
Use a lm of specication suitable for the type of car-
riage available and for the type of packaging applica-
tion for which the machine was intended; always evalu-
ate the choice of lm in relation to its safety sheet.
Use a perforated lm if the wrapped products require
ventilation otherwise they will generate condensation
(fresh organic products: fruit, vegetables, plants, etc...).
Use a blackout lm for the protection of light-sensitive
products.
Use an antistatic lm to prevent static electricity.
