2.6 AREA DI LAVORO E POSTAZIONE
OPERATORE
AREA A - Area di lavoro della macchina è compresa
entro un perimetro che dista 1,5 m dall'imballo.
L'area di lavoro A (Fig. 2.6) all'interno della quale opera
la macchina per la fasciatura dei prodotti deve rimanere
sgombera da ogni genere di ostacolo. Durante il ciclo
automatico di lavoro quest'area è interdetta a personale
estraneo.
Solamente l'operatore può avvicinarsi a tale area uni-
camente per arrestare la macchina.
L'operatore può accedere entro tale area quando la
macchina è in condizione di arresto, per le operazioni
di manutenzione, taglio, aggancio e cambio lm e tutte
le procedure di programmazione e avviamento.
L'aggancio e il taglio del lm devono essere
eseguite con macchina ferma in stato di
arresto ciclo. Riferirsi al capitolo 'Messa in
Servizio' per le modalità di marcia e arresto
della macchina.
AREA B - Area di sorveglianza è compresa entro un
perimetro che dista 3,5 m dall'imballo.
L'area di sorveglianza B (Fig. 2.6) è presenziabile unica-
mente dall'operatore e deve essere occupata da questi
per il controllo del ciclo automatico di lavoro.
AREA C - Area di libera circolazione è oltre 3,5 m
dall'imballo
L'area a libera circolazione C (Fig. 2.6) non pone vincoli
di sosta o transito a personale estraneo anche quando
il ciclo di lavoro della macchina è in esecuzione.
2.6 WORK AND CONTROL STATIONS
AREA A - The machine work area extends to a perimeter
distance of 1.5 m from the package.
Work area A (Fig. 2.6) inside which the machine operates
to wrap the products must remain free of all obstructions.
During the automatic work cycle access to this area is
prohibited to other people.
Only the operator may approach this area solely to stop
the machine.
The operator may access this area when the machine is
stopped for maintenance, cutting, attaching and changing
lm and all the programming and start up procedures.
Attaching and cutting lm must be carried
out with the machine stopped in the cycle
paused condition. See the chapter on 'Start-
ing up the machine' for details on starting
and stopping the machine.
AREA B - The surveillance area extends to a perimeter
distance of 3.5 m from the package.
The surveillance area B (Fig. 2.6) is for operators only
and must be occupied by them to monitor the automatic
work cycle.
AREA C - The free movement one is the area beyond
3.5 m from the package
The free movement area C (Fig. 2.6) has no presence
or transit restrictions to other people even when the
machine is working.
