5.4 REGOLAZIONE TIMONE
DURANTE TUTTE LE OPERAZIONI DI
MANUTENZIONE, RIPARAZIONE O REGI-
STRAZIONE È OBBLIGATORIO PREMERE
IL PULSANTE DI EMERGENZA E STACCA-
RE IL CONNETTORE DI ALIMENTAZIONE
DELLE BATTERIE.
Il braccetto sul quale è montata la ruota che segue il
prolo del prodotto, è soggetto a due regolazioni.
a) regolazione altezza della ruota (Fig. 5.4).
Svitare la vite (1), sollevare o abbassare il perno porta-
ruota (2) come indicato nel disegno, posizionare la ruota
in modo da percorrere un perimetro del pallet che sia
privo di avvallamenti e/o sporgenze; avvitare la vite (1).
b) regolazione forza di sterzata (Fig. 5.4).
La sterzata o chiusura del timone è comandata da una
molla (3) agganciata ad una staffa (4) ssata al timone
sterzante.
La staffa (4) può essere ssata in posizioni diverse (5)
per regolare la tensione della molla.
Per cambiare la posizione di ssaggio sganciare la
staffa (4) tirandola dal lembo (6) e riagganciarla nella
posizione desiderata.
5.4 PRODUCT READING ARM
ADJUSTMENT
DURING ALL MAINTENANCE, REPAIR
OR ADJUSTMENT OPERATIONS, THE
EMERGENCY MUSHROOM BUTTON ON
THE CONTROL PANEL MUST ALWAYS BE
ACTIVATED AND THE BATTERY DISCON-
NECTED.
The reading arm, on which the wheel that follows the
outline of the product to be wrapped is mounted, is sub-
ject to two adjustments:
a) Wheel height (Fig. 5.4).
Undo screw (1), raise or lower wheel pin (2) as shown
in the drawing, position the wheel so that it runs around
the pallet without depressions and/or protrusions, then
tighten screw (1).
b) Steering force (Fig. 5.4).
The arm steering or closure is controlled by a spring (3)
coupled to a bracket (4) secured to the steering arm.
The bracket (4) can be set in different positions (5) to
adjust the spring tension.
To change the position, release the bracket (4) pulling it
by the tab (6) and reset it in the desired position.
