Replacing the PrimoFIL filter PC board
Preparation
Set the DC disconnector to OFF
Disconnect the AC supply
Remove the DATCOM cover
If applicable disconnect the data communication lines
Loosen unit from the wall bracket and remove.
Remove the power module cover
Remove the external fan cable from the RECERBO cable guide.
If the socket strips are present and have not yet been disconnected together with the
rest of the data communication cables and terminating plugs:
Remove socket strips.
If installed remove option cards (e.g. the Datamanager card)
Remove the RECERBO PC board
Replacing the Pri-
moFIL filter PC
board
Removing PrimoFIL:
Separate cable connections (1)–(4) on
the PrimoFIL filter PC board
Separate cable connections (5)–(7) on
the PrimoFIL filter PC board
Thread the ferrite cores and supply
lines (5) and (7) and the ribbon cable
(6) through to the filter PC board.
Thread the LVRT cable (4) through to
the power module
WARNING! An electric shock can be fatal!
Observe the five safety rules!
