Remedy:
- Check device location/ambient temperature
- Check for dirt
504 Cause: Fan jammed/faulty
Remedy:
- Check for dirt
- Replace fan
- Replace primary power module
505 Cause: Intermediate circuit undervoltage or overvoltage
Remedy:
- Replace primary power module
506 Cause: Asymmetric intermediate circuit
Remedy:
- Replace primary power module
507 Cause: Primary supply voltage outside the tolerance
Remedy:
- Remove the power module ribbon cable and check the 24 V supply:
OK = Replace P-control
Not present = Replace primary power module
508 Cause: Power failure (not the same as phase failure)
Remedy:
- Check mains, mains cable and mains connection
509 Cause: Wrong device configuration
Remedy:
- Check hardware (primary power module, CFM)
- Software update
- Return device
510 Cause: Primary EEPROM faulty
Remedy:
- Replace primary power module
Status codes in the event of device fault / secondary circuit:
520 Cause: Secondary temperature sensor faulty
Remedy:
- Replace secondary temperature sensor
- Replace P-control
521 Cause: Secondary overtemperature
Remedy:
- Check device location/ambient temperature
- Check for dirt
522 Cause: Output fuse faulty (polarity reversal)
Remedy:
- Check wiring
- Replace output fuse
- Check/change secondary diodes
- Replace P-control
523 Cause: Secondary supply voltage outside the tolerance
Remedy:
- Remove the power module ribbon cable and check the 16 V supply
OK = Replace P-control
Not present = Replace primary power module, replace P-control
