WARNING!
An electric shock can be fatal.
Before opening the device
► Set power switch to -O- if there is one
► Disconnect the device from the grid
► Disconnect the inverter from DC power
► Use a suitable measuring tool to ensure that electrically charged components (e.g. ca-
pacitors) are discharged
► Restrict access to the working area
► Implement measures to ensure that the metallic surfaces of the device cannot be
touched
► Wear suitable protective gear when inspecting/repairing the device

Danger of residual voltage from capacitors. Wait until the capacitors have discharged. Ad-
ditional information on discharge time can be found in the operating instructions and in the
safety information on the inverter.

Incorrect operation and incorrectly performed work can cause serious injury and
damage to property.
Only qualified staff are authorized to commission your inverter and only within the scope
of the respective technical regulations. Do not start operation or carry out servicing and re-
pair tasks before you have read the chapter "Safety Instructions."

Danger from grid voltage and DC voltage from solar modules.
► The connection area should only be opened by an authorized electrician.
► The separate power stage set area should only be disconnected from the connection
area after first being disconnected from the grid power.
► The separate power stage set area should only be opened by service personnel
trained by Fronius.
► Never work with live wires! Prior to all connection work, make sure that the AC and DC
wires are not charged.
WARNING!
An inadequate ground conductor connection can cause serious injury and damage
to property.
The housing screws provide an adequate ground conductor connection for grounding the
housing and should not be replaced under any circumstances by other screws that do not
provide a reliable ground conductor connection.
