3. Web Access Password
To set a password to deter configuration changes by network hacks:
• Choose User ID/Password
• Type in the old password (the default is ‘calypso’)
• Enter/re-enter the new password
• Click Save Settings in the top section
• Select Admin from the Security Level drop-down
• Click Save Settings in the middle section
Select the conditions upon which the CB2000 panel will lock under Lock Panel Mode:
• Off (i.e. the panel will never lock)
• Timeout (the panel will lock after a defined period of inactivity)
• Pad-Press Press (the panel will only lock if the user presses two buttons simultaneously)
• Both (the panel will lock either upon pressing two buttons simultaneously or upon a defined period of inactivity)
• Enter the delay in minutes between the last button press and locking under Timeout Period
• Set a Password for unlocking the panel (the default is 1357; must be a 4- digit odd number). The user types the
password or the keypad of the CB2000 to unlock it, with the digits corresponding to the following button positions:
• Click Save Settings in the bottom section
You can also use the Lock/Unlock Now buttons to test the behavior or initiate modes remotely.
