I’ve connected a new CB2000 to my computer for configuration but can’t communicate with it

• If you are using a Windows

computer, clear the ARP cache. From the command prompt,

enter: ARP -D IPADDRESS (e.g., ARP -D 192.168.1.104)

I’ve already programmed a CB2000 but can’t find the IP address
