Description Procedure
Sensor disconnected or damaged
- Check the wiring harness.
- Check connection between harness and sensor plugs.
- Replace the sensor.
Short circuit with the VCC
- Check the wiring harness.
- Check and improve ground or power.
- Check the connection between the harness and sensor plugs.
- Replace the sensor
Heater Short circuit with the GND
- Check the wiring harness.
- Check and improve ground or power.
- Check the connection between the harness and sensor plugs.
- Replace the sensor
Signal Short circuit with the GND
- Check the wiring harness.
- Check the connection between the harness and sensor plugs.
- Check Spark Plugs, Spark Plug Cables.
- Check where the harness passes through to look for possible damage.
- Replace the sensor.
Signal Short circuit with the VCC
- Check the wiring harness.
- Check the connection between the harness and sensor plugs.
- Check Spark Plugs, Spark Plug Cables.
- Replace the sensor.

12. Nano PRO Codes
12.1 Informative Codes
When turning Nano PRO power on, the following information will be displayed:
Product name
Measurement unit (Lambda, AFR gasoline, AFR alcohol or AFR Methanol)
Analog output scale (as seen on chapter 6)
Cylinder identi cation (when connected via CAN with Power FT ECU’s): tells which cylinder the conditioner is reading,
when used for individual cylinder adjustment.
Then the word HEATING indicates the O2 sensor heating for operation.
After heated, the word HI appears when AFR above 146.9 AFR Gas (64.1 AFR Alcohol) is read.
