Xerox > Fuji Xerox Utilities > PC-
FAX Receive > Receive.

then click the drop-down list and
select your model name (if not
already selected).
Click PC-F
AX Receive in the left
navigation bar, and then click
Receive.

(Settings) > Fax > Setup
Receive > PC Fax Receive.
Press On.
The LCD displays a reminder to start the
PC-F
AX Receive program on your
computer.

Press <USB> or your computer name.
Press OK.

Press Backup Print: On or Backup
Print: Off.
If you choose Backup Print: On, the
machine will print the fax at your machine
before transferring it to your computer so
you will have a copy.
