First, examine the terminal connections between the remote control and the indoor unit, ensuring all cables are securely connected and free from disconnections. If the voltage measures DC12V, the remote control itself may be faulty and require replacement, assuming the Controller PCB is functioning correctly. However, if the voltage reads DC 0V, the Controller PCB could be the problem, necessitating its replacement, after rechecking the Remote Control.
