 Precautions on unit installation
!
CAUTION
• Do not place any other electrical products or household belongings under the product. Conden-
sation dripping from the product might get them wet, and may cause damage or malfunction to
the property.
• In units installation facing each other, the vertical airflow direction louver on each indoor unit
should be set at a position from 3 to 6.
• Do not connect any wired remote controller.
To perform server room control, mind the followings:
• Additional cable connecting between 2 indoor units needs to be purchased locally.
• DIP switch on the indoor unit main PC board needs to be switched to “3WIRE”.
• Setting of function setting 30 “Room temperature control for indoor unit sensor” on each indoor
unit needs to be same. For contents of the function setting 30, refer to “Room temperature control
for indoor unit sensor” in “Contents of function setting” on page 48.
• Setting change on function setting 96 required. For contents of the function setting 96, refer to
“Server room control” in “Contents of function setting” on page 48.
