This function
performs a n incremental backup. After the first data backup , the
NAS only copie
sthefiles that have changed since the last backup.
If there are several partitions on the source storage device, a new folder for each
partition is created on th e target device as a backup folder. The backup folder
is named after the backup date and partition number, YYYYMMDD-1 at partition
1, YYYYMMDD-2 at partition 2, etc. If the source storage device only c ontains
one partition, the backup folder is simply named YYYYMMDD.
Files are
copied from the source to the target. Extra files at the target are deleted; files
with the s
ame name are overwritten by the sour ce. The source data remains unchange d.
