Operator Panel
2 Load a document folded in half in the ADF paper chute
(feeder).
Secure the documents folded in half with the side guides to avoid
skewing.
3 Slide the feed mode switch to the left to switch the feed
mode to Manual/Single mode.
The following screen is displayed on the LCD of the operator panel.
4 Scan the document with the image scanning application.
For details, refer to the image scanning application manual.
ATTENTION
Moving the feed mode switch during a scan causes an error.
Setting the feed mode switch to Manual/Single mode disables
[Check Overlapping (Ultrasonic)] in the multifeed detection
setting.
HINT
The scanner will wait for the next document to be loaded until the
time specified for the Timeout time elapses, even if there is no
document in the ADF paper chute (feeder).
