You can charge a connected USB device or obtain a po wer supply at this USB port.
This is also possible with the noteb ook switched off, if the USB Type-C Power Delivery
on System Off function is ac tiv a ted in the Advanced - Miscellaneous Configurations menu
of the BIOS Setup Utility. Calling up and using the BI OS Setup Utility is described
in section "
Settings in BIOS Setup Utility", P age 7 4.
USB devices are hot-pluggable. This means you can connect and disconnect the
cables of U SB devices while the operating system is running.

USB 3.1 gen eration 1 has a data transfer rate of up to 5 Gbps.
USB 3.1 generation 2 has a data transfer rate of up to 10 Gbps.
The notebook ca n be supplied with power via the USB port using the port
replicator which is a vailable as an accessory.
