Removing and in stalling components
during servicing
Keep the screws in a s afe place. If you are removing more than one component at
the same time, store the screws for the individual components separate from each
other. If yo u install the wrong screws, components may be damaged.
The screws are not all the same length and when the cover is installed,
the correct screws must be used.
► Lift the cover off the notebook (2).
Removing the hard disk

► To release th e hard disk from the
contacts, pull the hard disk in the
direction of the arrow (1).

► Remove the hard disk from the hard
disk access compartment (2).
