Charging the pen battery
There is an integrated battery in the pen that is automatically charged when the pen
is fully inserted into its slot. The pen is also charge d when the notebook is in power
saving mode or is switched off. A charging time of approximately 180 seconds is
sufficient to enab le to pen to be used for 90 minutes again.
► Insert the pen the slot.
After a charging period of approximately 7.5
minutes, the pen battery is fully charged
(approx. 210 minutes of operation time).

Windows At Settings - Bluetooh & devices - Pen & Windows Ink you can make various
settings for the pen.
Calibrating the pen
Via the operating system, y ou must calibrate your tablet PC before first use with the
pen, so that it recognises the pen as accurately as possible.
You should a lso always repeat the calibration if the co-ordination between the
pen and curso r movement deteriorates.

To calibrate, go to Settings and search for the keyword Calibrate. You n eed
to calibrate both portrait and landscape formats.
