SIM card (configuration dependent)
Your device supports cards in Nano-SIM format (12.3 m m × 8.8 mm).
A SIM card (Subscriber Identity Module) is a chip card that is inserted into a
mobile phone or a notebook and, togeth er with a built-in LTE module (Long-Term
Evolution), allows access to a mobile network.
When handling SIM cards, follow the instructions supplied by the provider.
Inserting the SIM card
► Switch off the battery so that the device is currentless (see "Switch the
battery off and on", Page 45).

► Open the cover of the SIM card slot (1).
► Slide the SIM c ard into the slot (2) with the metal contacts facing downwards and as
shown by the symbols next to the SIM card slot until it clicks into place.
► Close the cover of the SIM card slot (3).
