Pen input not working

Troubleshooting
The pen is in power-saving mode. ► Press the pen button gently to wake the pen
from sleep mode.
The pen battery is completely discharged.
► Insert the pen fully into its slot on the
notebook to charge the pen battery.
The notebook cannot be started

The battery is dead.
► Connect the notebook to the mains voltage
via the mains adapter and charge the
battery.
The power adapter is not connected correctly.
► Check whether
the mains adapter is
connected cor
rectly to the not ebook.
► Switch the notebook on.
The notebook stops w orking

Cause Troubleshooting
Notebook is in energy saving mode. ► Leave energy saving mode.
An application programme has cau sed the
malfunction.
► Close the application program or restart
the notebook (by restarting the operating
system or switching the device off and back
on again).
The battery is dead.
