What to do if scanning does not start on my Fujitsu Scanner?
    • J
      Jocelyn JohnsonAug 22, 2025
If scanning doesn't start on your Fujitsu Scanner, ensure the USB cable is correctly connected, especially if using a hub (check the hub’s power supply). You can also try disconnecting and reconnecting the AC cable and AC adapter. If the "ScanSnap Manager" icon isn't visible, locate and start "ScanSnap Manager" from the "Applications" - "ScanSnap" folder. As a further step, disconnect and reconnect the AC cable and AC adapter. If using a USB hub, connect the scanner directly to your computer. If problems persist, restart your computer, or uninstall and reinstall ScanSnap Manager. Also, ensure that the "Scan and Save Settings" window is closed, and then restart scanning.
