3.4.4 Install a Child Seat Prope

Child seat generally has three types of
installations, i.e. three-point seat belt, ISOFIX
system, and LATCH system. The installation of
three-point seat belt is that using its own seat belts
to tighten the child seat, as shown in the figure
"Child Seat Classifications". Installation of ISOFIX
and LATCH system is that using the child seat
fixing device to fasten and lock with the remaining
anchor points in the car.
Hint
Method for installing a certain kind of child
safety seats is introduced here only for reference
purpose. When installing child safety seats, be sure
to refer to their use instructions and observe the
installation instructions provided by the
manufacturer.
Installing the Child Safety
Seat Using the Three-
Point Seat Belt
1. Place
the child safety seat on the rear seat.
2. According to the installation instructions
provided by the manufacturer, pass the seat
belt through the child safety seat, and push
the latch plate into buckle until it clicks.
3. Push
downward the tongue. Pass the shoulder
part of seat belt through the narrow gap on the
side of child safety seat.
