Basic Connections
The basic wiring for a DMC-40x0 controller with internal Galil amplifiers is shown in Figure 3.5 below. The
disconnect switch or circuit breaker for AC power must be installed in a location that is in close proximity to the
equipment and within easy reach of the operator. It must also be marked as the disconnect device for the
equipment.
Commissioning
Commissioning tests are tests on a device or equipment performed to confirm the correctness of installation and
operation. These tests should be developed by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and will be unique to
each OEM application. For technical support, contact Galil Motion Control to speak with an Applications Engineer.
