Adjusting the pole hedge trimmer head
angle
You can adjust the trimming angle (12 positions in
total) according to your needs.
1) Remove the battery packs if you have already
installed the battery packs.
2) Press and hold the safety lever (37) on the pole
hedge trimmer. (Fig. I1)
3) Push and hold the trimming head until it releases
from the gear.
4) Turn the trimming head to your required angle.
(Fig. I2)
5) Release the safety lever (37) to lock the trimming
head at the desired angle.
You have successfully adjusted the angle of the pole
hedge trimmer.
Preparing the edger
Assembling the edger wheel
WARNING. The edger wheel is not
assembled when delivered. Assemble the
edger wheel before operation.
1) Remove the battery packs if you have already
installed the battery packs.
2) Remove the edger wheel lock nut (a) and 2 x
washers (b) from the edger wheel. (Fig. J1)
3) Place the edger in position to assemble by
aligning the edger wheel lock nut (a) and 2 x washers
(b) on the outer side of the edger wheel mounting
rail with the edger wheel. (Fig. J2)
4) Once in position, insert the edger wheel lock nut
(a) and 2 x washers (b) into the edger wheel through
the edger wheel mounting rail. (Fig. J2)
