Congratulations on the purchase of your Gardenline® 2 x 20V Li-ion 5-in-1
Cordless Garden Kit. When you open your packaging, rst remove all items
and check there are no parts damaged or missing. If you nd anything
wrong, do not operate the product until the parts have been replaced or
the fault has been rectied. Failure to do so could result in serious personal
injury.
Intended use of the 2 x 20V Li-ion 5-in-1 Cordless Garden Kit
NOTE: This product is for private domestic DIY use only.
It is not suitable for commercial, industrial or trade use.
Depending on the attached accessory this product is intended to be used as:
1) Brush Cutter: With the cutter blade attached, the product is intended to
cut heavier weeds, brush and similar vegetation.
2) Line trimmer: With the line spool attached the product is intended to cut
smaller types of weed, lawn grass or similar soft vegetation. It must not be
used to work on unusually thick, dry or wet grass, e.g. pasture grass, or to
shred leaves.
3) Edger: With the edger attached the product is intended for edging around
walkways, driveways, ower beds, etc.
4) Pole hedge trimmer: With the hedge trimmer blade attached the product
is intended for trimming wide and high hedges, bushes and shrubs.
5) Pole saw: With the saw chain/guide bar assembly attached the product is
intended for cutting limbs.
NOTE: First time users or inexperienced operators pay particular attention
to the operation of the 2 x 20V Li-ion 5-in-1 Cordless Garden Kit, including
details of starting and stopping the 2 x 20V Li-ion 5-in-1 Cordless Garden Kit
on page 29 and correct use of the 2 x 20V Li-ion 5-in-1 Cordless Garden Kit on
