If your camera does not seem to be functioning properly or if
you are having photo/video quality issues, please run these
simple and quick checks:
 Make sure the camera is powered on and in the right mode
 Replace batteries if night vision seems not to be working as
expected
 The dark background of night images is usually caused by
strong reflections from the obstacles close to the camera. To
