1.8.9 Speed Feedback Derivative Block “Speed Up” (Spd Fbk Deriv)
The Function is active only in a Sensorless and Field oriented mode.
The Block Function, Spd fbk derivative, is used to avoid oscillations or provide forcing in case of loads with a high moment
of inertia. It is made of a Derivative component in the feedback circuit, which is in a position to limit the “Overshoot”.
The function can be used in case of cyclical non-constant loads applied on the motor (ex. cams).
The Derivative component applied to the speed regulator Block is made of two components:
- motor speed
- output signal of the Speed up function
In the Block
configurations it is possible with Sfbk der enable to enable or disable the function, with Sfbk der
gain to set the % gain of the function, with Sfbk der base to set the basic % gain and with Sfbk der filter to set
the time constant of the derivative component.
