2. Right-click on "resolv.conf" file and select Edit.
3. If DNS Server is not used in the facility (See DNS Server IP
Address in "Facility information"), verify that the content of this
file matches with the content as shown in the below screenshot
else update to match.

4. If DNS Server is used in the facility (See DNS Server IP Address
in "Facility information"), enter DNS server IP address in
"nameserver <DNS server IP address>" at the bottom of the
file as shown in the below screenshot.
If there are more than one DNS server for a facility, repeat this
step for all the DNS Server IP addresses.

5. Save and close the "resolv.conf" file.
Rebooting Mini Field Agent
To reboot the Mini Field Agent, perform the following steps:
1.
While in WinSCP, press Ctrl+T.
2. In the Enter command field, enter:
• reboot
3.
Click Execute.
An error dialog box appears. Please wait for the connection to
re-establish.
