Verification of MFA logs
After performing a case, Verify the MFA logs with the following steps.
1. Using putty, login to the MFA and enter the below command:
tail -f /root/PredixMachine/logs/machine.log
2. If any error messages are displayed similar to the above
screenshot, then there is a connectivity issue between the MFA
to the Cloud network. Verify the following steps:
• LAN Port 1 of the Mini Field Agent is connected to the
facility network switch, using an ethernet cable. See
"Preparing Mini Field Agent for Boot Up".
• See "Configure Router ACL Settings".
• See steps from "Configuring Facility IP Address" to
"Rebooting Mini Field Agent".
• See "Starting the Anesthesia Machine".
3. Repeat step 1 and ensure that there are no error messages as
shown in the below screenshot:
