Damage to the valve
Damage to these parts can result in malfunction.
► Observe the safety information sheets issued by the detergent
manufacturers!
► Only use detergents which are non-abrasive and not aggressive towards
stainless steel.
► Use only cleaning mediums which do not damage the materials of the
control top (PPE, PA).
Carry out the following steps:
1.
Disassemble the valve, see dismantling.
2.
Carefully clean the individual parts.

10.7.2 Replacing Seals
10.7.2.1 Replacing V-Ring double-disk
Hint!
Replace defective seals, but always fit new housing O-rings to ensure
the tightness of the valve. Always use genuine spare parts.

Requirement:
Insert V-Ring without grease. To facilitate fitting, use water with a drop of
washing-up liquid to remove the surface tension. In order that no rust is
transferred, the washing-up liquid solution must be made up in a ceramic,
plastic, or stainless steel container.
