Notes:
y When recording the announcement, speak towards
the microphone on the base. In order to achieve the
best recording results please make sure you are
about 20cm from the microphone.
y If you record/playback/restore Announce1 or
Announce2, the answer mode (refer to part. Answer
mode Select) will be switched to the corresponding
mode automatically.
Play Announce1/Announce2
You can play the current Announce1/2.
Way 1: Using the menu
1. Press the TAM soft key in Standby mode.
2. Press the Select soft key to choose Announce.
3. Press Select soft key to choose Announce1 or press
the Down key to choose Announce2, then press the
Select key to confirm.
4. Press the Select soft key to choose Playback.
5. The current Announce1/2 will be played. During the
process you can use the Back soft key to stop and exit.
Way 2: Using the base unit
In the active mode (all lights on) press the

aaa key on the base unit to playback the current
