Chapter 1 Introduction
The GV-Video Server, including the models GV-VS02, GV-VS02A and GV-VS12, allows
the conversion of any analog camera into a fully functional IP camera. It streams the real-
time digital video over the Internet in the same way that current IP cameras do. With the
analog cameras attached to the GV-Video Server, you can see camera images through a
web browser anytime and anywhere. And with the GV-Video Server connected to the GV-
System, your existing surveillance system can be upgraded and networked into a new IP
surveillance system.
