If your Gesipa Rivet Tool isn't discharging spent mandrels, several factors could be at play. First, the nosepiece might be too small; exchange it according to the table. Second, there might be dirt inside the head, so cleaning it is essential. Third, the spent mandrel container might be full, requiring you to take it off and empty it. Lastly, the mandrel tube could be blocked; remove the blocked mandrel and check for free ejection.
