Why is the threaded mandrel not unthreading from my Gesipa Tools?

The threaded mandrel may not be unthreading because the setting stroke is too long or the threading-on time is too short. To resolve this, reduce the stroke. If necessary, unscrew with a hexagon screwdriver. Additionally, increase the threading-on period.
