Cause Corrective measures
Spent mandrel container (No. 36) full Empty (Point 7.5)
Wrong nosepiece (No. 1) used Replace according to table (Point 6)
Nosepiece (No. 1) worn Replace
Spent mandrel jammed in jaws (No. 5)
Clean jaws (No. 5) and jaw housing (No. 4) and oil
sliding surfaces; replace if worn (Point 8.2)
