7.2.2. CONNECTION OF THE DEVICE POWER SUPPLY
Protection devices
The circuit breaker and residual current protection devices required by the low voltage electrical system standard
must be installed upstream of the charging station.
When installing a single recharging station:
- Install a Type A residual current circuit breaker 30 mA + miniature circuit breaker (the choice of
device must be suitable for the power level and the power supply of the recharging station; protection against DC
leakage is provided by the DC Leakage 6 mA device built into the products).
When installing a cluster of several recharging stations:
- Install a Type B residual current circuit breaker 30 mA + miniature circuit breaker (the choice of
device must be suitable for the power level and the power supply of the recharging station).
Wiring requisites
The connection must satisfy some requirements:
