3.3 INTERVENTION DURING OPERATION
It is strictly forbidden to intervene while the machine is operating
It is essentail that before any intervention the machine has come to a complete stop to:
- Place the main ON/OFF selector in the OFF position and
padlock it
padlock not supplied
- Close the air supply valve and padlock it.

The opening of the different mobile safety sensors will automatically shut down the
machine.
The machine can only be put back into operation once all of the elements of the safety
system are reset. It is therefore necessary to frequently test that they function properly.
NEVER ATTEMPT TO EITHER REMOVE OR MODIFY ANY OF THE SAFETY
DEVICES.
If a particular intervention requires any of the fixed protectors to be dismantled ( for
example, hood, bolted grill, ect.), it is necessary to place the principal selector in the OFF
position and padlock it and to close the air supply valve and padlock it.
Before starting back up the machine, ensure that all of the safety protectors have
been remounted and that the keys have been removed from the electrical
cabinets.
