Every month or every 200 hours (Estimated time of maintenance : 2 hours
including the previous regular maintenances)
- Clean the compressed air treatment filter, see Chapter Maintenance of filter/
Regulator/ Air lubricator
- Check the straps and their staples and replace those that are damaged
- Pneumatic control :
Pneumatic regulation of the stacker and shuttles stacker (elimination of the vibrations)
Pressure of regulation of the reservoirs of air for the longitudinal foldings
Purge of the longitudinal reservoirs of air of blowing
Annual maintenance or every 2400 hours (Estimated time of maintenance : 5
hours including the previous regular maintenances)
- Check all of the bearings and joints, replace them if necessary.
- Check the strut cylinders, replace them if necessary.
- Check that the air hoses are not damaged, replace them if necessary.
- Check all of the drive-train components, repair if necessary.
- Check the straps and replace those that are damaged. Replace all the belts elastics of
the transverse module and the belts felts of the stackers
- Check the belts and clean the accumulated dust on the drive-train pulleys.
- Check all of the machine’s functions, as done so during installation
- Check the location of rolls
- Change the filtering cartridge of the FRL
Every 3 years or every 5000 hours (Including the previous regular maintenances)
- Complete Revision of the machine
Checking the safety devices
- Each week check for the proper functioning of the emergency stop button and other safety
sensors.
Maintenance, adjustments and repairs should only be conducted when the
machine is stopped.
