Upgrading to BRCM2.x
Security Cover (For PA0422 Models)
Note: PA0435 models has only one external RJ-45 port.
The Security Cover (see Figure 25) has been introduced
in the BRCM 2.x to enhance security.
The Security Cover covers unused ports on the BRCM2.x. The design
of the Security Cover is
not backward compatible or field replaceable but can be adjusted in the field based on the
number of Ethernet ports being used. The Security Cover is black in color to match the color
of the BRCM2.x box.
