Gilera 633721 - Removing the Driven Pulley; Inspecting the Clutch Drum

- Check that the roller does not show signs of wear
and that it turns freely.
- Loosen the retaining bolt using a 13 mm spanner.
- Remove the complete roller with bearing.
N.B.
IF THE ROLLER DOES NOT ROTATE FREELY, REPLACE
THE COMPLETE ROLLER.
Removing the driven pulley
- Remove the driven pulley assembly with the belt.
Inspecting the clutch drum
- Remove the clutch bell.
- Check that the clutch bell is not worn or damaged.
- Measure the clutch bell inside diameter.
N.B.
CHECK THE ECCENTRICITY MEASURED, 0.2 MM MAX.
