Here we introduce how to edit directory.
"Add" can add the term you entered in the blank into directory.
"Delete" can delete the selected term from the directory.
"Move top" can put the selected term to the first line of the directory. By the operation, you can
place the common terms on the top of the directory conveniently.
"Move up" can move the selected term to one order upward.
"Move down" can move the selected term to one order downward.
"Move bottom" can move the selected term to the bottom of the directory. For the terms which
are not usually used, you can place them on the bottom of the directory conveniently.
For your convenience, we add intelligent arranging function. The terms which are often used will
be arranged at the top of the directory. The terms which are not often used will be arranged at the

There are a lot of technical terms added in the data dictionary. Select the terminology you need,
and then click "OK" button, these terms will be imported into the prompt list, which greatly
improves the efficiency for doctor's diagnosis. Click "Font" to set the font and color of data
dictionary, "Add" to add new terms, "Modify" to re-edit the term, "Delete" to delete the term,
"Move up"and "Move down" to adjust the position of the current term, "Move top" to place the
selected term to the first row of the directory, "Move bottom" to move the selected term to the
bottom of the dictionary. All modifications to the data dictionary shall be saved after clicking
"Save" button, or it will return to the initial state when software restarted.
