FCC/IC notice

Commissions (FCC) rules. Operation is subject to the following conditions:
(1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must
accept any interference received, including interference that may cause
undesired operation.
To comply with FCC radiation exposure requirements, use of this device for
body-worn operational configurations is limited to accessories tested and
approved by QUALCOMM and Globalstar. Other accessories used with this
device for body-worn operations must not contain any metallic components
and must provide at least 15 mm separation distance between the antenna
