4.9 INSTALLING REAR BALLAST
(Optional)
Model 8DS, when ballast is required, needs the drawbar to attach it.
Installation can be in two different ways (see fig.4) depending on the attachment:
Cultivator 19: drawbar lowered to position 1 and ballast raised to position A.
Or: drawbar raised to position 2 and ballast lowered to position B.
Drive 85: drawbar raised to position 2 and ballast lowered to
position B.
Drive 70: drawbar lowered to position 1 and ballast lowered to position B.

5. MAINTENANCE - CLEANING - LUBRICATION
5.1 ENGINE
Refer to engine operating manual.
5.2 FILLING WITH OIL
5.2.1 Gear box
Check level via plug B fig.9
It is advisable to use AGIP BLASIA S-220 oil.
Change the oil every 300 hours or after two years. Amount required: 2 kg
approx.
Add the oil through plug B fig.9.
To drain oil: plug A fig.10.
5.3 REGISTRATIONS AND CHECK UPS
5.3.1 Registering the clutch
Check the clutch lever from time to time. If there is too much play, adjust with
register E fig.5.
