Start-up Checklist

Pre Start-Up
(Check each item as completed)
Verify all packaging material has been removed.
Remove all shipping brackets per installan instrucs.
Verify the job site voltage agrees with the unit serial plate.
Verify condensate connn is installed per installaon instruc
Verify proper clearance around the unior safety, service, maintenance and proper unit opera.
Verify proper weatherproong of all ductwork, roof curbs and electrical connection s.
Check thahe ue screen is in place.
Check gas piping for leaks.
Verify gas pressure to the unis within the range specied on the serial plate.
Check to ensure that all fans, pulleys and wheels are secure.
Check for proper belsion and alignment per instan instructions .
Check refrigerant piping for rubbing and leaks. Repair if necessary.
Check unit wiring to ensure is non contact with refrigerant piping or sharp metal edges.
Check all electrical connecons and terminals. Tighten as needed.
Verify thahe crankcase heaters have been energized for 24 hours.
Verify the scroll compressor(s) are rotang in the right direction .
Verify all accessories are installed and operang correctly.
Check ers and replace if necessary.
Verify the instaon oe thermostat.
