  If your GPRINTER Barcode Reader is not printing, here are some things you can check: * Make sure the ribbon is installed correctly, with the printing side touching the label paper. * Clean the print head and try printing again. * Ensure the print density setting is correct; a setting of 7 is suggested. * Check that the print head cable and step motor cable are securely connected. * Verify the command settings. Ensure there is a PRINT command at the end of the printing file, or a CRLF command at the end of every line.

  If your GPRINTER Barcode Reader is not printing, consider these potential causes: * The serial cable might be improperly connected. Verify the pin configuration on both sides of the cable matches. Ensure the baud rate setting on your PC and the printer are the same (9600, n, 8, 1 is suggested in TPSL command mode for higher reliability). Try a new cable. * The Ethernet cable might be improperly connected. Check if the RJ-45 green/orange LED indicator is on. When the printer receives and processes printing data, the LED will be orange. Check if the printer IP is assigned in DHCP mode and if the fixed IP address is correctly set in the printer property. Allow a few minutes to ensure the printer is connected to the server, and print a self-test page to confirm the printer IP address. Try...
