For TPSL command mode, a setting of 9600, n, 8, 1 is recommended. You may also try a new cable. * For Ethernet connections, verify that the RJ-45 green/orange LED indicator is lit. The LED will show orange when the printer is processing data. Also, check if the printer IP is assigned in DHCP mode and that any fixed IP addresses are correctly set in the printer properties.
