Disassembly of the cylinder
Remove the chain guide plate, remove the two
cylinder blocks and the box connecting bolts M6
×
25, and
remove the cylinder block.
Use a scraper to scrape off the remaining gasket
on the cylinder surface.
Cylinder block inspection
1. Check whether the cylinder block is worn or
damaged.
2. When measuring the inner diameter of the
cylinder, three positions should be measured, namely
the top, middle and bottom of the piston stroke, and
two directions at right angles to each other should be
measured during measurement.
